Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in logistics
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checking the quality of incoming and outgoing goods in accordance with company standards
- Investigating if there are problems related to the delivery of goods
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitoring the overall quality of the area
- Responsible for the work of controlling the improvement of area quality
- Analyzing data, exposing problems looking for improvement solutions
- Monitoring daily data on area quality, implementing area quality standards
