Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Inspection & Material Checking – Conduct quality inspections for incoming and outgoing trading goods and recycling materials to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Material Sorting & Verification – Verify material categories, conditions, and specifications during sorting and operational processes to maintain quality consistency.
- Defect Identification & Reporting – Identify defective, contaminated, or non-conforming materials and report findings promptly for corrective action.
- QC Documentation & Reporting – Prepare and maintain QC reports, inspection records, photo documentation, and other operational quality documents accurately and on time.
- Operational Monitoring – Monitor loading, unloading, sorting, and handling activities to ensure proper quality control procedures are followed.
- Coordination with Operations Team – Collaborate with warehouse, production, logistics, and operational teams regarding material quality issues and improvement actions.
- Inventory & Material Validation – Assist in validating material quantity and quality during stock opname, shipment preparation, and warehouse activities.
- Compliance & SOP Implementation – Ensure all QC activities comply with company SOP, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Data Input & System Update – Record and update inspection results, material status, and operational findings using Microsoft Excel or company systems.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify quality issues or operational inefficiencies and provide recommendations to improve QC processes and workflow effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Management, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control, warehouse operations, manufacturing, recycling, or related operational environments.
- Experience in recycling, manufacturing, or waste management industries is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection, material sorting, inventory validation, and operational processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in material checking, documentation, and reporting.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills with internal operational teams.
- Able to work in fast-paced operational and field environments with high mobility.
- Analytical and proactive in identifying material quality issues and operational improvements.
- Committed to maintaining operational discipline, data accuracy, and compliance with company policies and SOP.
- Experience in startup environments is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite at factory/operational areas in Cikupa, Tangerang, and mobile for client visits, business meetings, and operational activities as required.
