Deskripsi pekerjaan Quality Control Staff Fresh Factory
Fresh Factory is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Staff to support quality monitoring, documentation, and compliance with company standards across operational processes.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in quality control, quality assurance, and process improvement, particularly in the food, FMCG, warehouse, or cold chain industry.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review quality control processes to ensure compliance with established company standards and procedures.
- Maintain, verify, and organize quality-related documents, reports, and records.
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify discrepancies, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in preparing quality control reports and monitoring corrective actions.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operational teams to follow up on quality-related findings.
- Support the implementation, review, and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure quality documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
- Perform other quality control and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or other relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and responsible.
- Willing to work Monday to Friday at Fresh Factory Head Office, South Jakarta.
