Quality Control (QC)

As a Quality Control (QC), you will play a key role in maintaining the consistent quality of our leather footwear by conducting thorough inspections of materials, production processes, and finished products in accordance with the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Inspect incoming raw materials received from suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
2. Conduct in-process quality inspections throughout the production stages.
3. Perform final inspections on finished products before packing and shipment.
4. Identify, document, and report product defects to the relevant teams.
5. Ensure products meet the company's quality standards in terms of materials, stitching, finishing, construction, dimensions, and overall functionality.
6. Collaborate with the Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to resolve quality-related issues.
7. Prepare inspection reports and monitor quality performance on a regular basis.
8. Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and reduce defect rates.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
2. At least 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Control professional, preferably in the footwear, leather goods, fashion, or manufacturing industry.
3. Knowledge of footwear production processes is an advantage.
4. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects accurately.
5. Good understanding of quality inspection standards and quality reporting.
6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Responsible, disciplined, honest, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in handling premium leather footwear products.

- Knowledge of common defects in leather materials, stitching, and finishing.

- Previous experience in the footwear or leather goods industry is highly preferred.
