- Minimum Vocational High School or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control within the electrical panel manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical panels
- Able to read and understand:Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Wiring Diagrams, Electrical Schematics
- Familiar with electrical testing equipment
- Familiar with quality tools, inspection methods, and root cause analysis.
- Good communication in English
