Job Description
- Conduct quality inspections and monitoring of infrastructure works, including roads, drainage systems, grading, utilities, and other civil works.
- Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, construction methods, and company quality standards.
- Inspect and verify the quality of materials used in infrastructure projects.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams regarding quality-related issues.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality documentation, and progress reports.
- Verify completed works prior to project handover.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as QC Infrastructure, QC Civil, Site Engineer, or similar position in property development or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure works, including roads, drainage systems, grading, and utilities.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
