🗝️ Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control checks on credit applications, scoring, and approval decisions.
- Review and validate borrowers' documents, financial data, and background information.
- Ensure that loan assessments comply with internal policies and OJK regulations.
- Identify errors, risks, or inconsistencies in credit evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
- Monitor overall loan portfolio quality and highlight early warning signs.
- Prepare and maintain QC reports for management and regulatory needs.
📃 Requirements:
- With the minimum of a diploma or degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit analysis / quality control / risk management, preferably in P2P lending or financial services.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
- Strong knowledge of credit assessment principles and OJK P2P lending regulations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Can work under pressure and meet the company target.
- Able to work individually and in a team as well.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Willing to work shifting days.
