Deskripsi pekerjaan QUALITY CONTROL (COSTUME & PLUSHTOYS) PT. THE COSTUME MAGNIFIQUE
General Requirement :
- Minimum SMA/SMK, preferably from Fashion, Design, Garment, Art, or related fields
- Have experience in Quality Control, Garment, Production, Sewing, Craft, Costume, or Manufacturing is preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Able to understand design drawings, reference photos, and product specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills with production teams
- Able to work under deadlines and production targets
- Responsible, disciplined, and firm in maintaining product quality
- Willing to learn mascot, costume, and statue production processes
- Basic understanding of materials such as fabric, foam, sponge, fur fabric, paint, fiberglass, glue, accessories, etc. is a plus
Key responsibilities :
- Perform quality checking during and after production process
- Ensure products are made according to approved design, size, color, shape, and specifications
- Check material quality before production starts
- Inspect sewing quality, finishing, painting, installation, accessories, and overall appearance
- Ensure mascot costumes and statues are clean, neat, safe, and comfortable to use
- Identify defects, damages, missing parts, stains, color differences, incorrect measurements, or weak structures
- Coordinate with production team for repair or revision if quality does not meet standards
- Ensure final products are properly packed before delivery
- Make QC reports and document product issues
- Maintain product quality standards and consistency
- Assist in improving production quality and reducing defects
