Quality Control Architect / QC Architect
Job Description
- Conduct quality inspections for construction, renovation, interior fit-out, and maintenance projects.
- Ensure all architectural and interior works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
- Monitor on-site work progress and identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformance issues.
- Coordinate with project teams, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Review materials, finishes, and installation methods before and during project execution.
- Prepare quality control reports, punch lists, and site inspection documentation.
- Verify shop drawings, material submissions, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure finishing works such as painting, partition, ceiling, flooring, furniture, and fit-out installations meet project standards.
- Conduct final inspections before project handover.
- Support project teams in maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality control, site supervision, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
- Familiar with construction methods, architectural detailing, and interior finishing standards.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
- Willing to work on-site in project areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in office fit-out, commercial interior, or renovation projects.
- Understanding of material quality standards and site inspection procedures.
- Familiar with project documentation and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination is a plus.
Employment Details
- Contract Based (Project Contract – 6 Months)
- Placement: Site Project Cikarang
- Possibility of contract extension based on project performance.
