Job Description:
The Quality Assurance (QA) at Vortex will be responsible for testing digital products to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience meet quality standards. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify bugs, ensure smooth releases, and improve overall product stability.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct manual and/or automated testing of web and mobile applications
● Create, update, and execute test cases based on feature requirements and user flows
● Document and report bugs clearly using tracking tools (e.g., GitHub Issues, Trello, or Jira)
● Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely bug resolution
● Participate in sprint planning and product release testing
● Help maintain testing documentation, user scenarios, and QA logs
● Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before deployments
● Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and checklists

Requirements:
● Experience: Minimum 1 year in software QA or testing-related role
● Industry Background: Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or web-based platforms is a plus
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
● Technical Skills:
– Familiar with web and mobile testing concepts
– Experience using bug tracking tools and project boards (Trello, Notion, Jira)
– Understanding of QA methodology, SDLC, and release cycles
– Bonus if familiar with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress)
● Bonus Points:
– Basic knowledge of APIs and data validation
– Experience in writing or maintaining test scripts
