About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans and cases, ensuring they align with specified requirements and business objectives.
• Identify and document bugs and issues, following up to track their resolution within project timelines.
• Result-oriented behavior with strong communication skills, maintain effective collaboration with the team.
• Critically evaluate the product quality, providing the final assessment before product releases, ensuring that all features meet the quality benchmarks.
• Employ the most efficient testing method, continuously optimizing QA processes to achieve high testing coverage in a time-effective manner.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) is performed effectively.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of hands-on QA experience in a software development environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a capacity to think critically and act decisively.
• Excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities, managing several priorities simultaneously while delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail, adept at task management and prioritization.
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English, with Mandarin being advantageous, enabling effective communication across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks and manual testing is desirable.
• A strong understanding of product functionality, QA methodology, and product release processes.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements, staying ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
