Deskripsi pekerjaan QUALITY ASSURANCE NBS (nusantara beta studio)
We’re looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team! As a QA, you will play a key role in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards before reaching our users. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and resolve issues, implement testing strategies, and continuously improve the overall quality of our software.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and/or automated).
- Perform thorough regression, functional, integration, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Track, document, and manage bugs and issues using tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot defects, and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process and workflow.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that meet business and user requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
- Proven understanding of SDLC, software testing methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Proficient in writing test plans, test cases, and reporting bugs.
- Strong experience with bug tracking/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for software quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with both manual and automated testing.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with test management tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Nice to Have / Plus Points
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification in Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB).
- Experience mentoring junior QA staff or interns.
- Exposure to CI/CD environments and version control systems like Git.
