Role Description
As a Quality Assurance, you will be a vital part of our dynamic Sprint Team, collaborating closely with Backend Developers, Front-End Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our Healthcare Management System (SIM-RS) project through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to align requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and validate product requirements and technical specifications to ensure test feasibility.
- Develop and implement test plans and test cases covering functional, non-functional, and edge case scenarios.
- Execute manual and automated testing to verify product functionality, performance, and compatibility.
- Identify, track, and classify bugs according to severity levels.
- Prepare test result reports that include root cause analysis and data-driven improvement recommendations.
- Monitor product quality post-release and coordinate bug fixes based on user feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience as an IT Quality Assurance within software development.
- Strong expertise in unit testing and familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in the development of Healthcare Management Systems (SIM RS) is a plus.
- Comfortable with onsite work at Tamtech International Office.
