QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Safety, or a related field is a plus. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality management, and basic HACCP principles.
• Experience with documentation, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with certification or other food safety standards is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in both farm and packing house environments.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor food safety and quality activities across the farm and packing house.
2. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, legal requirements, and applicable standards.
3. Maintain and implement certification requirements, including GLOBALG.A.P. and SMETA.
4. Conduct inspections, risk assessments, audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
5. Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, investigations, and CAPA.
6. Coordinate laboratory testing and evaluate analytical results.
7. Monitor supplier compliance, traceability, mass balance, and product specifications.
8. Maintain QA documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and records.
9. Monitor hygiene, sanitation, pest control, chemical safety, environmental, and H&S requirements.
10. Provide relevant training to employees and support continuous improvement of the company's quality and food safety systems.
