📋 What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
🔺 Review: Understand BRD and Solution Design documents.
🔺 Plan: Develop test scenarios and test plans.
🔺 Test: Ensure the system quality matches the design.
🔺 Report: Prepare testing documentation and reports.
🔺 Fix: Analyze bugs (Root Cause Analysis) to support accurate fixes.
🔍 What You'll Need (Qualifications)
- 🔹 Minimum 2 years in a QA role.
- Female
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in IT or Computer Science (Min. GPA 3.00).
🔹 High commitment to quality results.
🔹 Strong analytical skills (business and technical).
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
🔹 Proactive, critical, and solution-oriented.
🔹 Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
🔹 Basic understanding of Project Management.
