Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Evaluation:
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and root causes of process issues.
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation to clearly visualize and communicate current processes and proposed improvements.
Quality Assurance & Control:
- Ensure quality standards for construction projects, and oversee pest control and hygiene compliance across outlets and the roastery.
- Implement quality control techniques to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of processes to ensure adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.
Collaboration & Training:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, production and other divisions) to implement process improvements and ensure that quality standards are met.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on new processes, tools, and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and supporting initiatives to streamline processes and enhance quality.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process changes and suggest further improvements as necessary.
- Conducting Kaizen (improvement events), root cause analysis, or other improvement workshops.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed reports on process improvement initiatives, including timelines, milestones, results, and lessons learned.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management regarding progress on process improvement goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Quality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, or a similar role, preferably in the F&B, manufacturing, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, process improvement methodologies, and operational excellence.
- Experience developing, reviewing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Familiar with quality audit processes, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and pest control standards applicable to the F&B industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational issues and recommend practical process improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining high quality standards across all business operations.
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen, 5S, HACCP, ISO 9001, or other quality management systems is an advantage.
