- Ensure that daily transmission is in place and constant monitoring and awareness on completed actions, opened actions and overdue actions. Ensure that the team is managing cases effectively.
- Build awareness of service delivery KPIs and help to promote prompt responses to given actions on the floor.
- Resolve escalated issues by Operation CSEs and ensure that operation issues are escalated to managers appropriately.
- Ensure that all necessary information from providers or members related to the cases is collected and recorded in the case system.
- Monitor and review daily Operation Dashboard and ensure that all tasks are distributed and attended to and provide case direction.
- Monitor and advises on how the quality management system is performing and providing reports regarding quality performance as set indicators.
- Monitor and report daily performance of assigned Operation Function and any other requested report.
- Provide service to clients who need assistance according to the scope of service.
- Ensure that good relationships with service providers, clients, insurance companies and other parties are maintained.
- Ensure the service provided fits and meets customer expectations.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Have experience in Healthcare and/or Life and Health Insurance Industry.
- Have knowledge of Insurance products will be an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken in English.
