Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Assist customer in finding the issue, and follow up with them when the issue has been solved.
- Creates Test Plans, Test Scenario's, Test Cases and Regression Test Suites
- Coordinates and works with team members on assignments
- Manage and delegate task to the team
- Drives the assigned testing effort to success through communication and coordination
- Manually Executes Test Cases and documents Bugs or Issues as identified
- Troubleshoots to obtain any other useful information to isolate the issue
- Responsible for providing management reporting for all activities including issues report and test iterations and any other reporting requirements as required by the organization
Requirements:
- Experienced in using Katalon or Selenium
- Having experiences in writing automated test case
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Experience in using Redmine to create, report and manage issue
