Job Description:
- Conduct garment quality inspections in accordance with company and buyer standards
- Ensure consistent implementation of quality control systems throughout the production process
- Perform quality audits (inline, endline, and final inspections)
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and provide corrective action recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, AQL, and applicable quality standards
- Coordinate closely with Production, QC, and related departments to improve product quality
- Prepare accurate and timely inspection and quality audit reports
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the garment industry is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector / CFA / QA Auditor
- Strong understanding of garment QC systems, AQL, and buyer quality standards
- Proven experience in conducting quality audits and on-site inspections
- Must be able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, firm, and possess strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willing to work in a factory environment and under production targets
