Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with automated testing using Selenium, Katalon Studio or similar tools.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with version control systems [Git] and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software
Willing to work from office (Jakarta)
Have testing experience in banking sectors, Mobile, Web and API Platform will be a great plus.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into test cases
Define testing plan (Test Scenario and Test Case) and ensure all development requirements are fulfilled.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
Responsible for tracking bug reports and managing that they are fixed.
Participate in the review and improvement of QA processes and procedures.
Work closely with developers to ensure test coverage and timely resolution of issues.
Contribute to the continuous integration and continuous deployment [CI/CD] pipeline.
Create UAT plan for end users and assist for UAT process and help troubleshoot issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and automation.
