Key Responsibilities
- Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Plan, conducted & monitored testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality of products
- Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or service analysis
- Experience in BPO is an advantage
- Familiarity with content moderation is preferable
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2, C1 preferred)
- Proficiency in Traditional Chinese (reading and writing required)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Ability to gather and interpret requirements from international/foreign customers
- Willingness to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifting schedules, including night shifts
- Willing to be based in Bali, Indonesia (WFO)
