QS Compliance (QHSE)

PT. Anindya Wiraputra Konsult is a consulting company committed to providing the best solutions in quality management, occupational health and safety, and risk control. We are currently looking for competent and committed individuals to join our team in Pademangan, North Jakarta, DKI Jakarta.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, Law, Engineering, or other related fields.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Compliance & Management System Officer, with expertise in management systems such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 37001, ISO 27001, and the ISO 17000 series; or at least 1 year of experience as a Quality Management System Head.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Inspection, Verification, Certification, or Manufacturing industries.

- Certified in ISO 17020, ISO 17025, and/or ISO 17029 training.

- Certified in the latest versions of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 37001, and ISO 27001 training.

- Holds competency certification or proven experience as a Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor in accordance with ISO 19011 Management System Auditing Guidelines.

- SMKP and/or SMK3 Auditor certification is an advantage.

Proven experience in developing procedures, work instructions, and document control systems.

- Good understanding of contract management, accreditation, and certification processes.

- Proficient in both written and spoken English.

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, accountability, honesty, and the ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility.

- Willing to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
