Responsibilities:
- Monitor HSE implementation and workplace safety compliance.
- Conduct routine HSE inspections and support internal audits.
- Prepare and maintain HSE & QMS documentation and reports.
- Support ISO, SMK3, and QMS implementation.
- Coordinate HSE programs, training, and emergency drills.
- Promote safety awareness and PPE compliance.
Requirements:
- D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE/QHSE, preferably in manufacturing.
- General K3 certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of K3 regulations, ISO 45001, SMK3, and QMS.
- Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
