Deskripsi pekerjaan QC Staff - Electric Motorcycle AIZEN INDONESIA
AIZEN is looking for a Quality Control (QC) Staff to ensure our electric motorcycles are always in good condition, safe, and ready to be used by our drivers.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting our electric motorcycles throughout the fleet lifecycle — from units received by AIZEN, before being handed over to users, to motorcycles brought back due to complaints or damage.
What you'll do
- Conduct incoming inspection of electric motorcycles received
- Perform pre-handover inspections to ensure motorcycles are in proper condition before being assigned to drivers.
- Inspect motorcycles returned or brought in by drivers due to complaints, damages, or technical issues.
- Verify and assess driver complaints based on the actual condition of the motorcycle.
- Identify whether an issue is caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Technical/vehicle issues
- Improper usage
- Accident or external damage
- User negligence
- Determine whether a complaint is valid and provide an objective QC assessment/recommendation.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and identify potential causes of motorcycle issues.
- Document motorcycle conditions through inspection checklists, photos, and reports.
- Ensure the motorcycle condition is properly documented during BAST/handover.
- Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Workshop/Technician, and related teams for repairs or further action.
- Monitor recurring motorcycle issues and provide insights to improve fleet quality and reduce unnecessary repair costs.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and motorcycle history.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in QC, automotive/motorcycle, workshop, fleet management, after-sales, or technical inspection.
- Good understanding of motorcycle components and basic troubleshooting.
- Able to assess and distinguish between vehicle defects, normal wear & tear, and user-induced damage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and objective when assessing complaints.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with motorcycles and in an operational environment.
- Experience with electric motorcycles/EVs is a plus.
- Willing to work from AIZEN's operational/fleet location as required.
