Deskripsi pekerjaan QC Leader (Sewing & Cutting) PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise QC team in Sewing & Cutting processes
- Ensure product quality meets company and buyer standards
- Monitor inline and end-line inspection processes
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production team
- Analyze quality issues and implement preventive actions
- Prepare quality reports and maintain QC documentation
- Ensure QC team follows SOP and quality procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in garment industry (QC role)
- Strong knowledge of Sewing & Cutting processes
- Experience as QC Leader or Supervisor is preferred
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with garment quality standards and inspection system
