QC LEADER (SEWING & ACCESSORIES)

PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo is looking for experienced professionals to join our team at KIT Batang, Central Java for the following positions:

QC Sewing Leader

QC Accessories Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Quality Control team to ensure products meet customer and company quality standards

• Monitor inspection activities and identify quality issues throughout the production process

• Analyze defects and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other related departments to resolve quality concerns

• Prepare quality reports and monitor team performance

• Train and develop QC team members to improve inspection skills and product knowledge

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is an advantage

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC Leader or Senior QC in the garment industry

• Strong knowledge of garment quality standards, inspection methods, and defect analysis

• Experience in Sewing QC or Accessories QC is preferred, depending on the position applied for

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
