Deskripsi pekerjaan QC Inspector Valve Katup Industri Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of valve products and components.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
- Perform visual inspections and ensure products comply with drawings, specifications, procedures, and customer requirements.
- Monitor and ensure measuring and testing equipment are properly calibrated and within valid calibration status prior to use.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, records, and quality documentation.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with related departments.
- Verify compliance with applicable quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC Inspector in the Valve manufacturing industry.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficient in using dimensional measuring instruments.
- Familiar with quality control and inspection processes.
- Familiar with calibration requirements and calibration status verification of measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, or other related standards is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
