Job Overview
- Being responsible for each departments quality which are including lab testing, raw material inspection, product inspection following Buyer Standard
- Internal - External communication
- Support and work closely with production, Technical, Engineer, Purchasing, Vendor to make sure all the product that send to customer follow Buyer expectation from Incoming Raw Material until finished product
- Accompany PMO or customers factory tour
- Involve in trials MPPA, PFMEA, SRCA, quality activities and train local leaders for quality improvement to support production to deliver excellent product
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with Buyer, Production, Purchasing, Vendor, Engineer to facilitate or proliferate buyer system especially HFPA, MQAA and MPPA
- Support Customers on people, product, process, action plan, system issue, offer suggestion and solution to manufaturing and help production leader to use the data and information which generated from QMS system
- Plan and controlling Lab Asset, and set up and control budget for Lab and RM
- Active communication with Buyer Lab community
- Participate trials and work with production to escalate the product, process issue prior to production. Be able to say no if product, process issue not solved after trials
- Make sure QC, production team fully understand the product, process quality expectation from Raw Material until Finished Product
- Lead, facilitate quality activities such as HFPA, MQAA and MPPA, give direction, suggestion to leaders if they are not sure about the quality expectation
- Control SOP implementation, material specification following Buyer standard at lab testing and Raw Material inspection
- Participate, lead quality activities, review, correct quality related report to each department and Buyer
- Work closely with SQM team on incoming material management
- Review potential problem based on lab testing, trial stage and provide recommendation for peventif solutions
- Review monthly defective return, quarterly quality MI report, share the finding to related department for quality improvement. Try best to maintain the Quality MI in Gold ranking.
Requirements
- Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
- Minimum 18 Years Old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Any Major
- Required language: English
- Min 10 years experience in lab, Inspection RM, HFPA and MQAA, have at least 5 years
experience as a leader of a department, have excellent coaching skills
- Knowledges and Skills: Understand material, lab testing, HFPA and MQAA knowledge, Lean Knowledge, Quality process, Quality Management system, People Management, Coaching skills, Communication skill, Fluent English.
- Personality or Character: Costumer focus, Delivery Quality, Leads and Influences other.
- Understanding vission mission company and safety policy
- Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
