Job Description
We are looking for a Chief QC to lead and supervise our quality control operations, ensuring that all products meet international buyers’ quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily fabric inspection activities for export production.
- Prepare fabric inspection reports, statistical reports, work standards, red tag documentation, and administrative documents.
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the fabric inspection team (>50 QC team).
- Assign daily tasks and manage the workload of the QC inspection team.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in Fabric Inspection or Fabric QC.
- Proficient in computer applications (Ms. Office), able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of fabric quality standards and inspection processes.
- Experienced handling fabric quality complaints, corrective actions, and maintain proper documentations.
- Willing to work in Jepara, Central Java.
