- Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, PMO, or a related role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies across technical and business documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and process standards
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all project prerequisites are completed before development begins
- Review and validate project documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD)
- Audit development workflows to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
- Ensure complete traceability between business requirements and QA test cases
- Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and process risks before development starts
- Manage version control and the central repository for project documentation
- Verify stakeholder approvals before sprint execution
- Monitor and report process deviations or "Process Debt" to improve delivery quality
