About the Company
PT ICCS Global Industries is a coconut charcoal briquette manufacturing company located in Semarang, Indonesia. Our products and brands have been widely distributed and successfully established in various countries around the world. We are currently seeking potential candidates to join our team as a QC & RnD Staff.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality inspection of briquettes after oven processing
Conduct quality control on blending and re-blending processes
Inspect and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance
Evaluate molded briquettes, including weighing and burning tests
Collaborate with the QC team to ensure consistent product quality
Report oven and production inspection results to supervisors
Develop and improve product formulations
Inspect incoming raw materials to meet quality standards
Conduct trials and testing on production machines
Prepare and maintain quality reports for briquettes and raw materials
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for machine checks and improvements
Propose innovative ideas to enhance product quality and efficiency
Implement improvements in the product range
Requirements
Minimum SMK / Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field)
1–3 years of experience in Quality Control within the charcoal/briquette industry
Strong understanding of briquette production processes: carbonizing, crushing, mixing, pressing, and drying
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willing to be placed in Semarang
