Key Responsibilities
Perform routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Monitor and record production parameters to ensure compliance with company standards.
Conduct microbiological, physical, and chemical testing in accordance with food safety standards.
Handle non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BPOM, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain QC documentation and ensure traceability.
Assist in formulation and development of new noodle products or process improvements.
Conduct product trials, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
Collaborate with production and marketing teams for new product launches.
Keep up to date with market trends, raw materials, and new technology relevant to noodle production.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QC or R&D in a noodle manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, etc.).
Experience in lab testing, product trials, and documentation handling.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
