As a Quality Assurance & Tester, your primary responsibility is ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications. You are responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and working with development teams to resolve issues. The QA Tester will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance the overall quality of the software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases and scripts to ensure the company's product quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure defects are resolved
- Identify defects and report issues to the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by new features or changes.
- Identify areas for improvement in the software development process and suggest solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans and test reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Computer science / Information System / Economy / Finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Full of enthusiasm and not easily bored.
- Possess good English speaking and writing skills.
