WE'RE HIRING FOR QA SYSTEM ANALYST AT BRICON:
Qualifications:
1. Female, minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience as QA/QC for ERP systems, preferably with Odoo.
3. Strong understanding of software testing, UAT, bug tracking, and testing documentation.
4. Good understanding of Finance and Accounting modules in ERP Odoo.
5. Ability to analyze system requirements and business processes.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
8. Willing to be placed in Surabaya (Full Time).
Job Description:
1. Perform system testing on ERP Odoo to ensure all features function according to the company's business requirements.
2. Develop and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation.
3. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) together with users from various departments.
4. Identify, document, and report system bugs or errors to the development team.
5. Verify and validate system fixes after bug resolution.
6. Ensure ERP implementation aligns with the company's business processes.
7. Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and end users regarding system development and improvements.
8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the ERP Odoo system regularly.
9. Provide recommendations for system improvements to increase operational efficiency.
