Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal factory audits to ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Monitor the implementation of quality assurance standards across relevant departments.
- Identify non-conformities, document audit findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow up on corrective action plans and verify their effectiveness.
- Prepare audit reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, factory auditing, or quality compliance in the garment industry.
- Knowledge of factory audit procedures, buyer requirements, and quality standards.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
- Willing to work at KIT Batang, Central Java.
