QA/QC Staff

We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector and QA/QC Staff to join our team in Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia, to ensure the highest level of product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

• Monitor production processes and identify quality issues.

• Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.

• Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.

• Assist in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment.

• Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, assembly, powder coating, or HVAC manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of quality tools and root cause analysis.

• Internal Auditor ISO 9001 certification is an advantage.
