Description :

Organize and participate in Management Review
Participate in Material Review Board
Perform Vendor Audit
Organize Non-Conformance Review and Field Non-Conformance Review
Ensure maintenance of Contract Review Records
Ensure calibration of measuring and test equipment
Ensure qualification/training of personnel performing selected activities such as welding, Non Destructive Examination (NDE), etc
Ensure Calibration in measuring and Testing Equipments
Ensure quality records are properly stored / filed
Verify the calibration records / certificates
Jointly approve Quality Supplier / Vendors

Requirement :

D3/ S1 technic Mecanical / Industrial
5 Years experience manajerial
Certificate of Internal Lead Auditor
Mastering and can implement ISO 9001, API 61 and API 16A, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, etc
Fluent in English,
8 years experience on the some field (Industry/Oilfield)
Fluency in English written and oral, and computer literate
Male 30-40 years old
Good skill Leadership
