What You’ll Do:
Monitor and inspect construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Conduct internal audits and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation and inspection reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in diverse projects across multiple sectors.
In-depth knowledge of quality engineering principles.
Prior experience in quality improvement activities within the construction industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
