Deskripsi pekerjaan QA Manual - Insurance Industry PT Sigma Global Teknologi

S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.

Memahami siklus testing (SDLC/STLC) dan jenis testing: functional, regression, integration, UAT, dan smoke test.

Mampu menulis test case, test scenario, dan bug report yang jelas dan bisa direproduksi.

Familiar dengan tools manajemen test dan bug tracking (Jira, TestRail, atau sejenisnya).

Memahami dasar API testing (Postman) dan query SQL dasar untuk validasi data.

Teliti dan kritis, serta mampu berkomunikasi dengan developer dan business analyst.

Nilai tambah

Memahami alur bisnis asuransi kesehatan: pendaftaran peserta, polis, premi, benefit dan limit, klaim (cashless dan reimbursement), pre-authorization, serta integrasi dengan provider/rumah sakit.

Pengalaman testing perhitungan (premi, limit, co-payment) atau integrasi dengan sistem pihak ketiga.

Dasar automation (Selenium, Cypress, atau Postman collection) dan sertifikasi ISTQB Foundation.

Paham dasar pengelolaan data sensitif, karena data kesehatan termasuk data pribadi spesifik dalam UU PDP.
