Mandatory Skills

• Experience leading QA teams.

• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

• Test planning and defect management.

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Web application testing experience.

Preferred Skills

• E-commerce platform experience.

• Magento experience.

• Experience working with Korean stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Criteria for All Roles

• Experience in E-Commerce / OMS projects.

• Magento platform experience.

Job Description

• Lead overall OMS QA activities and testing strategy.

• Review test plans, test cases, and execution results.

• Manage defect lifecycle and quality metrics.

• Ensure release readiness and quality governance.

• Support Knowledge Transfer (KT) and Reverse KT activities.
