Deskripsi pekerjaan QA Engineer PT Akademi Indonesia Cerdas (Gapai)
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Engineer at Gapai located in Jakarta. The tester will be responsible for test execution, manual testing, creating test cases, and software testing on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Work closely with development, product, and design teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including regression, functional, performance, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input on improvements to software quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with mobile testing on iOS and Android.
