About The Role
Andal is searching for a talented Software Quality Assurance to join our Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a growing team and thriving organization. As a Software Quality Assurance (Engineering in Test), you will be responsible for working with our Product and Development teams to understand our products and comply with our business process, creating and executing manual test plans, and following processes for defect tracking and resolution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing periodically as scheduled and identify, record, and track
- Define test plan which include test scenarios and test cases based on acceptance criteria for web and/or mobile applications
- Review and apply testing processes for our new feature before we launch it to user
- Communicating errors or bugs found on automated or manual Test to Development teams
- Creating reports that summarize the test results for the development team
- Execute all relevant testing types for the story, including user interface testing, functionality testing, regression testing.
- Experience participating with Product Development Team in Project and Backlog reviews
- Estimate test efforts and prioritize case
- Help report the insight and feedback
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Help the support team to solve problems from users
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer science
- Fresh graduate with intern experience as QA or Software Engineer are welcome to apply
- Experience min. 1+ years of work experience as a QA Tester of similar field
- Having experience in automation testing, is a plus
- Able to analyze bugs form the user's point of view Knowledge in automated testing framework (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Postman, Cucumber)
- Able to write comprehensive documentation on bugs, analysis, and test reports
- Strongly passionate about mobile/web technologies
- Great interpersonal and communication skill is a MUST
- Good Analytical, Critical, and Problem Solving Skills Ready to join us ASAP
