QA Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications for sports industry. You will work closely with our development teams to implement comprehensive testing strategies, automate test processes using Java-based frameworks, and maintain high standards of product quality across our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test cases for new and existing features

2. Participate in requirements review sessions and collaborate on feature development planning

3. Perform platform testing across web, mobile (Android & iOS), and API interfaces to identify defects

4. Develop and maintain automated test suites using Java with focus on feature releases

5. Update and optimize testing procedures to improve coverage and user experience

6. Collaborate with software engineering teams on QA/Testing strategies and best practices

7. Actively participate in agile ceremonies with product management and development teams

8. Create and maintain detailed test documentation, test cases, and validation reports

9. Communicate technical issues and testing results clearly to internal stakeholders

10. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and testing process optimization

Required Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) role

2. Strong understanding of testing concepts and methodologies

3. Proficient in mobile app testing (Android & iOS), web testing, or API testing

4. Strong analytical skills for writing comprehensive and in-depth test cases

5. Experience with test management tools and concepts

6. Knowledge of testing tools such as Postman, Charles, Swagger, Web Console, or Android Studio

7. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments

8. Basic scripting knowledge for test automation

9. Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership mindset

10. Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with database testing (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB)

2. Knowledge of performance testing tools

3. Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools (Grafana, Google Analytics, Firebase)

4. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

5. Experience with cloud device farms for mobile testing

6. Knowledge of containerization and Docker

7. Knowledge of security testing principles

Working Arrangement: Full-time, Work From Office (Gading Serpong, Tangerang), Monday to Saturday
