Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on manual and automated testing.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for the Clinic Information System.
- Conduct manual testing and ensure proper documentation of test results.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate end-to-end system functionalities.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts for the Clinic Information System, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Utilize API testing tools such as Postman to verify backend services and integrations.
- Implement test automation using Katalon, Appium, and Selenium where applicable.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to troubleshoot issues and improve software quality.
- Provide training and support for Erha Clinic users, assisting them in system adoption.
- Support Go-Live activities, ensuring a smooth transition and resolving any arising issues.
Required Skills & Tech Stack:
- Testing Tools: Postman (API Testing), Katalon, Appium, Selenium
- Testing Methodologies: Manual & Automated Testing, SIT, UAT
- Bug Tracking & Documentation: Jira, TestRail, Confluence
- Proficient in writing test scripts and executing structured test plans
