1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or similar.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, especially in the manufacturing/textile industry.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Understanding of quality management systems and ISO standard documentation.
5. Understanding 5R and CCP programs
6. Proficient in document management and data analysis software (Excel, ERP, Appsheet, Visio, etc).
7. Strong communication and organizational skills.
