KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop quality plans and acceptance standards for foundation, structure, concrete, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, and waterproofing works.
- Review civil construction drawings, technical specifications, material test reports, and subcontractor quality plans.
- Supervise construction compliance with drawings and contract requirements; conduct regular quality walk-downs and train site personnel.
- Track and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs); ensure timely rectification and closed-loop quality issue management.
- Organize and maintain all civil quality records; coordinate inspections and acceptance with Client and Supervisor; ensure QMS compliance.
REQUIREMENT
- Education: Bachelors degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in QA/QC for civil construction works.
- Certifications: Relevant quality management or civil engineering certifications preferred.
- Skills : Proficiency in reading civil drawings, structural standards, and specifications.
- Language: Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus
