Develop Test Strategy
Develops Test plans for Automation testing
Develop & Support Automation system testing & performance
Documents all test results in logs and reports
lanning and prioritizing testing activities
Coordinating with the Design team to discuss verification protocols
Helping identify weaknesses and problem areas in the software application
Suggesting automated software test procedures
Tracking software bugs and investigating the causes
Pointing out problem areas
Preparing automation scripts
Communicating with the QA Engineer to implement software applications
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 4 years as a QA Engineer with focus on automation testing.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber.
Familiarity with mobile testing (Android/iOS) using Appium or other tools.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript.
Understanding of testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Mocha.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Understanding of RESTful API testing concepts using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
Knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation.
Understanding of QA:
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Able to write and maintain automation testing scripts.
Understanding of regression, functional, integration and performance testing concepts.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively.
Ability to document test results in a structured manner.
Additional Qualifications :
Experience working with monitoring and logging tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or Splunk.
Certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Selenium Tester, or similar are considered a plus.
Soft Skills
Good communication to work closely with the development team and other stakeholders.
Ability to work in a team and have the initiative to work independently.
Ability to organize time and manage task priorities well.
