Deskripsi pekerjaan QA Automation NBS (nusantara beta studio)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and test scenarios based on product requirements.
- Perform automated functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure system performance, stability, and reliability.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks, improving test coverage and reducing manual effort.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable releases
- Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, and API testing
- Analyze system behavior, identify risks, and ensure early defect detection
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to clarify requirements and improve testability
- Mentor junior/mid-level QA engineers and review automation code quality
- Monitor and improve test coverage, execution time, and pipeline stability
- Own and improve quality metrics, reporting, and release readiness
- Support and guide UAT strategy and validation of critical user journeys
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and testing approaches
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong focus on automation
- Proven experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
- Deep experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium
- Solid understanding of test architecture, design patterns, and maintainable test code
- Hands-on experience with API testing (REST, Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
- Strong experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to debug complex issues across systems
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing engineering quality
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)
- Experience mentoring team members
