We are currently partnering with a leading technology company that develops innovative digital products and enterprise solutions. They are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to strengthen their QA team and drive automation initiatives across web, mobile, and API platforms.
About the Role:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation testing for web, mobile, and API applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve testing efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Build and maintain web automation using Playwright.
- Develop mobile automation scenarios using Maestro.
- Generate and manage automation reports with Allure Report.
- Convert manual test cases into reliable and maintainable automated tests.
- Create reusable automation components, test data, and helper utilities.
- Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and release testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Define and improve automation testing strategies and best practices.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate automation development, debugging, documentation, and test case generation.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Experience with Maestro for mobile automation testing.
- Experience using Allure Report for test reporting.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, Playwright API Testing, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Familiar with Git and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance testing tools (k6, JMeter, etc.).
- Experience with visual regression testing.
- Knowledge of Docker and SQL.
- Experience with TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, or Qase.
- Experience testing ERP, SaaS, FinTech, Logistics, POS, or Mobile Applications.
- Understanding of accessibility testing and AI-assisted QA workflows.
