Job Description
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated testing scripts using relevant automation frameworks.
- Leverage AI tools to generate test cases, automation scripts, test data, and analyze error logs.
- Validate AI-generated test scripts and test results to ensure accuracy, reliability, and proper test coverage.
- Utilize self-healing automation frameworks to improve test stability and reduce script maintenance.
- Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot software defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Explore and implement AI-driven testing approaches, including QA Agents and LLM-based testing, to improve testing efficiency.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain testing documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Automation Testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, including test case design, regression testing, API testing, and defect management.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to support test case generation, automation scripting, debugging, and log analysis.
- Ability to review and validate AI-generated scripts, test data, and outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Familiarity with self-healing automation frameworks or AI-powered testing tools is an advantage.
- Exposure to QA Agents, custom AI Agents, or LLM Testing is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
